About changing the delivery address

The delivery address can only be changed before the order is prepared for shipment.

Please use our contact form to inform us of changes to your order name, order number, and shipping address information.
If you wish to make any changes after shipping preparations, please contact the delivery company using the tracking number issued after shipping.

About returns

Generally, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Please make sure to order the correct size and color.

*If the product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will accept an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please be sure to check the condition of the product upon arrival. If the product is defective or incorrect, please use our contact form to contact us with your order name, order ID, and the location of the defect or correct order details. We will inform you about product exchange.

We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging defective products. If we do not have an item in stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.

About made-to-order products

This site only accepts made-to-order products, which are manufactured after receiving an order. Please check the "estimated delivery date" on the product page before placing your order.

Cautionary Note

  • Products on this site have a sales period. Please note that you will not be able to purchase the product after the sales period.
  • Please note that the delivery date may change due to production reasons at the factory. Please understand in advance about the shipping date before or after.
  • Please note that if you order with multiple items, they will be shipped as soon as they are all available.
  • We do not accept delivery date specification for products. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate your request even if it is stated in the remarks column.
  • We do not accept exchanges, returns, or changes to reservations due to customer reasons. Only defective products can be returned or exchanged. Please check the contents before placing your order and proceed with the order.
  • Please note that the products are made to order and cannot be cancelled. The product images are samples and may differ slightly from the actual product in terms of specifications, processing, size, etc.

If you do not receive the delivered product

The delivery address can only be changed before the order is prepared for shipment.

If you are unable to receive the item due to long-term absence, refusal to receive the item, or unknown address, the item will be returned after the delivery deadline has passed. If you have an absentee note, please request re-delivery directly to the delivery company within the pick-up deadline.

*If the delivery is on hold at the shipping company due to an unknown address, please contact the shipping company within the deadline using the tracking number issued after shipping. Please note that if a transfer occurs across delivery offices, the customer will be charged the shipping fee from the original delivery office to the forwarding address as a cash on delivery fee when the package is delivered.

About reshipping

Customers who wish to have their returned item re-shipped will be charged additional shipping charges for re-shipping. Please let us know if you would like to reship the item. We will inform you where to pay the additional shipping fee.

Regarding refunds when items are returned due to long-term absence, refusal to receive items, unknown address, etc.

After confirming the return, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs. We cannot accept reshipment after a refund. Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or decline to pick up your order, we may refuse your future orders or use based on our terms of service. Please note that if your package is returned due to an unknown address, it will be treated as a long-term absence.

About refund money order

For customers paying from outside Japan or using cards issued overseas, the exchange rate will be applied. Depending on this exchange rate, a "currency conversion fee" will be charged, which is set by the credit card or payment service you are using. This fee is not a fee charged by this site, but a fee incurred by the credit card company or payment service that you are using. Therefore, the respective date and time rates will be applied at the time of purchase and at the time of refund, and there may be a difference in price. Please note that this site cannot be held responsible.
