We will only accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We only accept returns in the following cases.

However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

・Products that have been opened or used even once

・Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer

■Whether or not you are responsible for shipping costs for returns

We will cover the shipping costs for returning and re-sending the product.

Our company automatically proceeds to shipping work promptly after your order is confirmed through system integration, so we cannot handle cancellations or changes to the order contents after confirmation.

Due to the sale of new products, we would like to ask you to please check that the product is correct before enjoying your shopping.

We do not currently offer cash on delivery services. Purchases can only be made through the shop.

If the shipped product is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, your order will be canceled. If you would like to purchase the product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place your order again.

* In the event of cancellation, we will refund the payment amount. (You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.)

*As the item will be returned to stock upon return, there may be cases where the item is out of stock and cannot be prepared even if you place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

・Only the area code is written (e.g. only 080).

・The number of digits in the phone number is incorrect (e.g. one digit too many, one digit too few, etc.)

・An overseas phone number is registered (currently only phone numbers available in Japan can be used as delivery information).

・Phone number is written in something other than numbers (e.g. using Chinese numerals).
